Congratulations to Erin Ferguson who has been selected to be Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden's Care Worker of the Month for March 2019.

We have received many compliments from customers and staff, as well as direct nominations for Erin to be put forward to be care worker of the month.

Erin has only been with us since February and the level of care that Erin provides is outstanding. Erin’s supervisions have been to a very high standard, she is very supportive to her colleagues, as well as the management team and is looking forward to starting her Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care this year.
