Congratulations to Trudi Crouch who has received Care Worker of the Month for February 2019! A record having only joined us in January this year.

Trudi is new to the care industry and was very nervous in the beginning, she has grown from strength to strength enjoying her hands on training and getting involved in her training sessions.

Trudi often describes how much she loves her job and that she did not think she could love it as much as she does, this is obvious in the smiley, bubbly, attitude that exudes from her, brightening the days of her customers.

We have received many compliments from the customers and staff and we thank Trudi for her continuous help and support.
