We are delighted to announce that on the 5th of September our Registered Manager Valerie Holland won the Bluebird Care Registered Manager of the Year award.
We are delighted to announce that on the 5th of September our Registered Manager Valerie Holland won the Bluebird Care Registered Manager of the Year award. With over 200 Bluebird Care offices, Valerie made it to the final 6, and went to London on Tuesday to meet with the judges for the final. Please join us in congratulating her on this achievement.We are very proud to have Valerie leading our team at Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden, her positive way of working and the support she gives each member of the team is reflected in the great level of care given to our customers.
Here is what Valerie had to say when she found out the news:
Winning the Registered Manager of the Year has made me feel proud, humbled and emotional for doing a job which is more of a way of life than a job. I love the work that I do in helping customers to receive the care they need and deserve when no one else can. Hopefully in the future I will continue to learn and grow in a way that can only assist more customers to continue living independently in their own homes. I would like to thank the entire team for all their support and continuous hard work which makes the role of registered manager easier.
