I am writing to you concerning the care that my father received from yourselves from his discharge from hospital to his death on the 13th of March.
 
We had so much trouble getting carers in through Social Services but when dad was discharged from hospital the care he got from your staff was just wonderful. They were so kind and patient with not just dad but all the family. They were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them and I know that mum was so grateful to have them come in everyday not just for the care they gave dad but the company and kindness they gave to her.
 
We had the District Nurses and Isabel Hospice and Marie Curie come in as well and everybody all worked together so well.  

Please send my thanks to all your staff for making dad's last few days as easy and comfortable as they could and for their cheerfulness. 

All carers are lovely people. Some are more 'caring' than others. One or two 'go the extra mile' giving J a hug or singing with her and having a laugh.

I appreciate the help and support given to me by AC, PK, MA, ML, RM and JJ. 

AC is very efficient and is always able to help me (nothing is too difficult). All the girls are caring and no task is too difficult.

P is my regular carer. She is a happy person, can always make you feel better when you are having a down day. Very professional in her work, very gentle and thourough. Will always go the extra mile when asked. I am very happy and grateful to have her.

Most carers are very nice. My usual carer E, is exceptionally good. We have built up an excellent relationship.

EH and WB are two of your best carers - always ready to go the extra mile to ensure P receives the best possible care.

We are pleased with the service provided to VJ (aged 92) and the care shown to enable her to remain in her home for as long as possible.

Special thanks to MT, she is really 'one in a million', totally understands the care V requires, is extremely caring and will always 'go the extra mile' if necessary. So lucky to have her visit V. Also M provides a great level of care too. We are happy with the level of care provided as it means V can stay at home as it is her wish.
