I visited Mr M and he told me he is very satisfied with the care he receives from his Bluebird carers. He has a good working relationship with his carers and they pull each other's legs a bit. He said that he is very pleased with all the carers. They are professional and compassionate and it helps him to stay in his own home. I phoned his friend, L.W, who calls in regularly on him and she told me that he is enjoying the day centre and the journey through the countryside to get there.
