Meet the team

We are delighted to see Shania return to our team after a short spell away. As one of care supervisors, Shania will help ensure that are customers receive only the very best quality of care in their homes. 

Abhishek first started working with Bluebird Care (East Hertfordshire) in January 2023, in the role of a care assistant. A popular, and well respected member of the team, Abhishek has worked his way in to the role of a care supervisor; ensuring our customers receive only the very best service in their homes. 

We're delighted to see Abhishek progress in his career at Bluebird Care. 

Charlotte is our HR & Recruitment star; helping us find the right candidates for our vacancies and supporting the team with HR queries and admin. 

Natalie started working for Bluebird Care East Hertfordshire in June 2022 as the Finance Administrator. Natalie has experience in the retail industry and has also volunteered for the Mind Charity Shop in the past as she wanted to use the transferrable skills she has picked up in retail to help in the community. Natalie is looking forward to learning new skills and building positive working relationships with her colleagues at Bluebird Care East Hertfordshire.

With over 10 years' experience in all aspects of accounts and finance, Kanu joined our team at Bluebird Care in July 2015. He is a fully qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. Kanu's role includes invoicing, payroll and customer advice around the financial aspects of care.

He enjoys working in the busy, but friendly environment and is a popular member of the Bluebird Care team.

Louise is one of our lovely ECM Operators and started with us in November 2022. 

Our ECM operators are on hand to provide coordinating support to the team outside of our regular business hours.
