Meet the team

Marion Paget

Intake Manager

I joined Bluebird Care (East Herts) in November 2015 as Care Co-ordinator in 2021 I was promoted to Intake Manager. I am now responsible for placing packages of care for service users who are being discharged from hospital. I work closely with external organisations, such as Hospital discharge teams, Social Workers and Brokerage Service Finders when organising packages of care. I also communicate with private customers and their families’ organising assessments, providing them all the details they require, including current price guides, then setting up their packages of care.

I have worked in the care industry for many years in many different sectors, as such I now have a very vast knowledge of the industry. I enjoy the everyday challenges of the care industry and thrive in this fast-paced work environment.

I enjoy working within a fantastic team and contributing towards making a difference in many people’s lives. I look forward to many more years within Bluebird Care.
