Congratulations to Deborah, our Care Worker of the Month!

Debbie was nominated by the family of one of our Customers, who were so grateful for her initiative and quick thinking.

Mr B W's daughters both called in to the office to thank us for the wonderful work that we have been doing with B who was not keen on receiving care and has recently required his package extended. This was only possible due to the excellent work that has been done by Debbie. She has gained his confidence and has proved to him that care isn’t to be feared.
