Approved Centre Champions for Accredited Training – Bluebird Care East Devon Training Department Successes

Our training department recently received confirmation that they have been successful in their application as Approved Centre Champions for Accredited Training.

Here at Bluebird Care East Devon we are committed to providing the best quality training we can. Training is key to every staff member journey into a career with Bluebird Care, for us therefore it isn’t good enough to just come up with some training that we think works. We value our staff and their time and so we want to deliver to them a high degree of quality in their training, so they have the confidence and resources to work independently in the community.

Our training department recently received confirmation that they have been successful in their application as Approved Centre Champions for Accredited Training. This runs alongside their current Silver Status awarded in November 2020.

This achievement is recognition of our commitment to deliver Accredited Training to a level that meets the requirements to be awarded Silver Status.

Additionally, through the submission of a comprehensive case study, we have been able to evidence consistent compliance to abide by the values of the awarding body (TrainerQuals) including links to our own Bluebird Care values and the Code of Ethics set out by the Association of Healthcare Training (AoHT).  We are happy to report that the training team are all registered members of Association of Healthcare Training (AoHT).

We are absolutely delighted with the outcome of the application. We hear that the training department are also on track to submit a further application for Gold Status Award in November 2022!
