I would like you to know that R takes very good care of my dad, who is not always easy but is lovely nonetheless. He goes the extra mile if he has a concern and raises it with the home. He even rang me from the home to ask permission to get new shoes with my dad as R noticed my dad was struggling and wanted him to have shoes with Velcro. 

I'd say this is a carer with a big heart and worth his weight in gold to your company. Please acknowledge my heartfelt thanks to R and thank him for his professionalism in what is not an easy job.
