I just want to thank you for arranging Carer V to attend my mother this morning when her regular carer was not available due to sickness. I know this was probably not the most convenient way for you to replace her today; but my mother does feel much more confident with a person she knows. She trusts both Carer V and Carer E, which is most important to her - and to me! Your efforts are much appreciated.

I have just finished a arge part of my training with Bluebird Care as a carer. All aspects of the RECRUITMENT PROCESS went well, the staff were very professional and thorough. They were also very friendly, informative and helpful. During my ELEARNING I learnt lots as it was very comprehensive. I have learnt new skills through the easy to use platform. Full explanations were given throughout the training and they were great courses to complete. All the staff during my Bluebird Care IN HOUSE TRAINING were amazing, dedicated and passionate about care.
Our live in Carer S is AMAZING, she really has become part of the family. My Dad is so comfortable with her, we never thought he would be so accepting of live in care. Carer S puts him at ease and we don't worry about him when she is there. Thank you all.

We continue to receive exemplary care from the friendly carers who come to us. The carers are so compassionate and I feel safe in their capable hands. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality care.
I am so impressed by the level of support we have received from Bluebirid Care. We had no idea where to turn for help and the office team were able to give excellent advice and support over the phone about what they could offer. We are now starting to receive care for our parents which is a great help, thank you.
