My dad has been cared for by Bluebird Care for 18 months now. Overall, we as a family are very pleased that we chose this agency (it's a minefield to find a good one). We are particularly pleased that my dad usually has the same carer each day as he has dementia and continuity is all important.

I was recommended to Bluebird Care and that recommendation was entirely justified. The carers are all consistently very competent, pleasant, sympathetic and willing to go the extra helpful yard. This reflects the astute and sympathetic relation of the carers in the first place. Bluebird's administration is no less effective, both helpful and understanding of the client's needs. I am sure Bluebird Care will go from strength to strength.

I would like to commend Lesley on her training sessions.  She is so thorough and explains everything to such a high standard using demonstrations, her own personal stories and through practical workbooks.  She is an absolute credit to the company and if every carer in the industry was trained by her then there would never be a complaint!  I feel so much better and more confident about my role.  The Bluebird Care Team are truly exceptional!

New Care Assistant  – December 2018

I am writing on behalf of my mother who has carer calls provided by Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Chester. A few days ago my mum's main carer E, arrived and asked her if she was OK, to which the reply was that mum had some pain in her chest. The carer's professional, caring nature and calmness took over and she contacted the emergency services, the Bluebird Care office and myself (her son). E  stayed with my mum keeping her calm and relaxed until my sister and the paramedics arrived. As things turned out mum spent a few hours in hospital and undertook several checks and tests.

This could have been a very different outcome and E's prompt actions made a big big difference, so thank you to E, you should be very proud of yourself and you must be a credit to Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Chester.

My mother is going strong and that is due to the level of care and attention she is receiving. I rely on the carers as it eases my responsibilities towards my mother. They also raise any concerns which I can then act upon. I value Bluebird Care for these reasons.

A big thank you to our Lorraine and Pauline for going above and beyond.

A lady that Bluebird currently care for, unfortunately had a fall at home and was taken into hospital. As the lady has little family support, both Lorraine and Pauline went to visit her. They took her a card and chocolates then took her clothes home to clean so she had them to wear in hospital, making her feel much more comfortable.

The lady was most grateful and said the standard of Bluebird Care was exemplary.  I am most proud of my team who always have the customers best interests at heart.
