I just wanted to pass on that all the girls were great, took really good care of my Mum even though she wasn't with you very long. Mum was very happy with the care she recived and everything about the girls coming to visit.
We would like to thank everyone in the office, especially Rebecca and Nerys. They have been absolutely fantastic. Mum and I think they are brilliant!
We have great continuity for Dad. Both carers go above and beyond always and are brilliant! It gives me peace of mind that he is visited by them each day.

Our regular carer is such a lovely carer and very thoughtful, she leaves very detailed notes so I know exactly what has been going on as Mum sometimes forgets to tell me. For example when the District Nurses may have come and left instructions for her. I am so thankful for the great carers.
I just wanted to call and say thank you for everything you did for my Mum and Dad. You put the Live In care in place at very short notice. We appreciate the reassurance you gave to Mum whilst caring for Dad and by keeping in regular communication with her. We were so happy and would definately come back if we need care again in the future.
I can get quite lonely so I really look forward to and enjoy the company from my lovely carers.
