Young Carers Action Day raises awareness and support for Young Carers
Young Carers Action Day raises awareness and support for Young Carers who are selflessly taking on huge amounts of responsibility, caring for their loved ones, and often juggling responsibilities beyond their years.
Young carers face a huge array of challenges as a result of their caring role. Many young carers are disadvantaged across multiple aspects of their lives, including mental and physical health, finances, education and employment.
