Care Team of the Year at the Great British Care Awards

We are proud to announce that we won the Care Team of the Year Award.
We are immensely proud to announce our second winner at the Great British Care Awards (East of England).
The Home Care Team of the Year Award went to our Rapid Response End of Life Team which was developed during COVID to allow people to die with dignity in their own home around their family, belongings and pets.
The team had helped over 500 patients in our local community. That is an astonishing number, and we are both grateful and proud of everyone who has been part of the Rapid Response End of Life Team. From Care staff, Supervisors, Trainers, Coordinators, and Managers - thank you.
"The Rapid Response End of Life team have enabled 548 patients in 3.5 years to receive outstanding EOL care at home. Without this team many of these people would have died in hospital against their wishes. A successful, creative initiative and a quality example of dignified care that we all must strive to achieve. Congratulations."
