Meet Christelle who recently joined Bluebird Care:
What attracted you to working in care?
I enjoy looking after people, I enjoy cheering people up 
What did you do before care?
I worked in retail before, but I have done care for over 16 years now and really love what I do.
What do you think makes a good carer?
A good carer has empathy and the ability to put themselves in the shoes of the people they care for. The ability to do this allows good carers to fully understand the needs of their service users and will tailor the care they provide around their understanding, ensuring high quality, person-centred support.
And finally... What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, I enjoy baking, listening to music.
