Never under estimate the value of training!
This is quite a remarkable story which demonstrates the incredible value of the training provided at Bluebird Care and shines the spotlight on the wonderful staff that work for us.
Thanks to our Training and Development Manager Sue - the delivery of our Basic Life Support training module has genuinely saved a life; by our very own Super Carer Katie.
Katie.... WOW!
Whilst you may not have been working in the capacity of a Care professional when this took place, we commend you for taking action when others didn't; staying calm and having the desire to help and assist someone you didn't know who was in a life or death situation.
