Professional Care Workers Week

We popped in to see Ewa and give her the prize she won!
Michelle (otherwise known as Miss Lemon Cake) kindly dropped off Ewa's prize from Professional Care Workers Week. The pillows are much larger than we first realised!!!
Ewa works as a Live-in Carer, meaning that she lives in one of our customer's home for up to 8 weeks at a time. Not all of our staff have the chance to meet our Live-in Carers as they are fixed in long term placements - but this is the reason why Professional Care Workers Week is so important, as it gives us a chance to shine the spotlight on all of our staff who all work different roles.
