Introducing our new initiative... Recognition Fridays! Created to acknowledge those who go the extra mile and who deserve extra praise.

We are introducing "Recognition Fridays" - our new initiative aimed at highlighting all our staff who have gone above and beyond.

Your hard work and dedication doesn’t go unrecognised, and we all really appreciate your support in caring for those in our community.

We want to say a massive 'Thank you' and to the following team members who have received positive feedback from their customers or their friends & family.

Martine Howse- Complimented by her customer for her kindness and care over the last few days when she was feeling extremely poorly.

Mariola Nowak- Complimented for thinking out of the box and trying more efficient ways to make her customers personal care routine more comfortable for her customers loved one and all other carers.

Liz White & Lauren Cook- Compliment by the family of one of their customers for providing a courtesy call for her husband after he passed. And for the way they treated them whilst completing his personal care during the courtesy call.
