It's Stress Awareness month in April and to spread awareness we have our Community Psychiatric Nurse, Nicola Christy, sharing her top tips on how to look after yourself.

The first one is a simple one, breathe. A simple but very effective tip to keep yourself calm in stressful moments. Watch Nicola explain all in her first top tip!

The second tip from Nicola focuses on what you can do when you feel overwhelmed with everything you may have to do. That can be in your personal life of professional life - but what Nicola suggests you do - is to just focus on something simple you can do for yourself and do it.

The third and final tip from Nicola focuses on taking a opportunity to remove yourself from the situation you are in and taking a walk or a stretch to refocus yourself.
