At Bluebird Care Birmingham East and North, we recognise it is vital to listen to our employees so we can provide them with the opportunities and an environment to thrive.

We conduct our Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey 2022 as a way of measuring what our team really thinks, as they are the secret to our success, and enable us to provide a service that we are all so proud of.

Our 2022 Carer Survey received an overwhelming 99% response rate, along with very positive results. Notably, 100% of respondents indicated they enjoy their role and felt the training and support they received is adequate to support them in their duties and responsibilities. The overall feedback suggests 100% satisfaction, The pictorial graph below suggests the satisfactory level of the staffs

Some of the comments from the staffs are below

Fiona – “Bluebird have been very supportive during to me during really difficult time. Thank you for all the support and patience. It would have been hard to get through without the support of Sue and Suresh”

Laura Bassett – “Bluebird Care is very lovely company and I really enjoy my work.”

Laura Betts – “Worked several years in the care sector but I must admit this company goes beyond all my expectations, absolutely love my job. The people in the office and other carers are really lovely and make my position as a carer feel appreciated.”

Sofia – “Friendly Staff and can share any concerns without any fear. Thankyou”

Things to improve - 87% of staffs were happy with the travel time and 13% highlighted that some time the travel time is not sufficient, and the reasons are various. One of the reasons is that the system uses Bing Maps, and the office team will have a look at this to see if this can be fixed. The system does not recognise delays due to road works, School times or Office times when there is traffic unpredictable on the roads. We will have a look at this and speak with the Staff plan Roster team who are our Rostering software providers

Sue Manickam, owner of Bluebird Care Birmingham East and North, said: “We are very much thrilled with the awesomely positive response to our 2022 Annual Staff survey.
