Communication with the office based staff is great. All of the carers are superb, they really care for my mum. They provide important social interaction for her, whilst ensuring she is safe and well. I can't recommend them highly enough.
A big thank you to the team for taking such good care over the past years. I'm sure the care given helped her live independently for so long. She is doing remarkably well for 101 years old!!

The staff were extremely helpful and fulfilled my request for overnight care at short notice. The overnight carer was efficient, empathetic and friendly, and treated my husband with care and concern. I was very happy with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use Bluebird again.

As a stroke survivor, I have been very pleased with the care I have been given during the past four years. My care plan is regularly updated and my needs are met. I receive a weekly schedule which informs me about which carer will be coming and the time they will come. I am always informed about any changes which need to be made.
