We work closely with our customers and their families, and we will actively encourage an open dialog about the provision of care to identify changing needs. We constantly strive to attain excellence in everything we do which means knowing what is important to a customer; such as time keeping and care worker suitability, or the security of offering the same care worker to provide consistency of care.

Edward Banks


Bluebird Care Aylesbury is led by Edward Banks. Edward started delivering homecare in Aylesbury Vale to help and support customers who wish to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Delivering the highest quality homecare and support is paramount to Edward and his team.

Carlene Daniel

Care Manager

I began my Care Career in 2013. I started as a Care and Support worker,  making my progression to Care Manager in 2018. I started with Bluebird Care in 2014. Prior to working in care, I worked for 10 years at RAF Halton completing a variety of tasks. I thoroughly enjoy my job, no day is the same. I have met the majority of our customer’s which means  I know their needs and we have a great rapport. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and travelling to new places home and abroad.  

Leah Buckingham

Office Manager

I started working in care in 2002. Over the years I gained more experience and knowledge which led to me becoming a Branch Manager in 2007. I took some time out of care between 2008-2010 and again in 2012 to raise my children. I started working for Bluebird Care in 2014 as a Care Supervisor and quickly progressed to become the Recruitment & Training Manager. I have completed a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management. I spend my spare time with my three boys and my family.


Care Co-ordinator

Abbey originally joined us in 2016 and quickly progressed to Care Supervisor. After a brief career break she returned to us in 2018 as our care co-ordinator. In her spare time Abbey likes to holiday with friends and family.


Care Supervisor

I started my Care career in 2017 with Bluebird Care as a Care and Support Worker. I loved my role and met lots of amazing people. I was promoted to Care Supervisor in October 2018 and am thoroughly enjoying it. I spend my spare time with my husband and three beautiful children.


Care Supervisor

I have just recently joined Bluebird Care, but I started working in Care in 2012. I have worked with people of all ages & abilities, including children with disabilities and adults with Mental Health conditions.

In 2015 I took a break from care to bring up my two children who are four and one. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, friends and my soon to be husband!
