I would like to thank all staff at Bluebird Care Birmingham North for the super live in package they have delivered for my mum. She feels safe and secure with a companion at all times and we feel so much better knowing she is in professional and caring hands day and nigh. My mother was very reluctant to have carers in her home, but after encouragement to give it a try we contacted Bluebird Care Birmingham North, who have been visting my mother for over a month now, and she now loves having M with her every morning.  I have put in a request to have care assistant M every morning where possible, and this seems to be happening.  My mother is now requesting a second visit during the day which Bluebird Care are now sorting for us. I wanted you to pass on my thanks to all the lovely carers that have not only helped my Mum, but have gone out of their way and contacted the council many times as my Mum's heating was off.  Over a spell of 3 days they insured she was kept warm with a heater and chased calls to ensure they are aware that she had no heating.  This was eventually sorted.  Many many thanks. From my first contact with Bluebird Care Birmingham North, regarding daily care for my Aunt, I have received total support from all staff; both the carers and the office-based staff.

Bluebird carers look after my Aunt with kindness and compassion. They attend to her needs with diligence whilst respecting both her individuality and her desire to remain as independent as possible.

We cannot fault the care that we have received for my Mum.  We are extremely pleased with how she is looked after and our family have noticed such a difference with Mum after your carers are ensured she is well hydrated.

When M enters the room, my mother is instantly at ease with her presence.  She is a very good carer.  Quality of care is most important to me, and this has been shown by all Bluebird Staff.

I just want to say how amazed I am with the care received for my wife.  Care received from both R and G has been excellent.
