This system comes with a dedicated app called openPASS, which is specifically for you. It links to our main system to give our customers (or their approved friends/relatives) 24-7 access to real-time care records from anywhere in the world.

You can use the openPASS app to look at the schedule, read through notes made by our care staff, review the care plan, communicate with our office and much more.

The system means our care team always have the most up-to-date information, while our office team use it to monitor visits each day and promptly deal with any concerns.
