Care Assistant of the Year - Winner Announced

We're delighted to announce that Carl Yee-Lim has today been crowned as Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey's Care Assistant of the Year 2022! 

Huge congratulations to Carl, who is one of the most polite individuals that we have ever met - courteous, respectful and treats our customers with the utmost dignity. Having served our country in the military, Carl wanted to give back to the local community and now proudly serves our customers!

To decide on our winner, we compiled a shortlist from our outstanding team, who over the past year have provided incredible support and stood out as the best in care. The whole team then voted for their Care Assistant of the Year, and Carl received an amazing 70% of the vote, meaning this is very special recognition!

Congratulations to Carl's colleagues who were also shortlisted - Doreen, Julie and Judy. You are all amazing care professionals and we are privileged to work with you!
