Mayor of Winchester Celebrates Bluebird Care's 10th Birthday & 5-Star CQC Rating

Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey was delighted to be joined by the Mayor of Winchester as we celebrated our 10^th birthday and our second consecutive 5-star outstanding CQC rating.

We were first awarded the prestigious 5-star rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in 2018, and have now retained the special accolade following a recent inspection.

This makes us the only home care provider in Hampshire to have been awarded two consecutive 5-star CQC ratings.

The special event also marked 10 years since we first opened our doors. Having started in 2012 with just two members of staff and four customers, we now have a group of five offices (Winchester, Andover, Alton, Petersfield and Burnham) that have provided over 1.5 million care visits, cared for thousands of customers and employed hundreds of local people.

The Mayor of Winchester joined our owners, staff, customers and other local healthcare professionals at a celebration in our office in Colden Common.
