A line to thank you for your card following my loss of G; I am so grateful for the kindness and care that we received from the members of staff of your company.

We came to look upon our 'regulars' Donna and Margaret as personal friends and found the other members of staff who came to us in the course of duty to be people we were very happy to have visit our home.

You all contributed to make G's unexpectedly few last months so much easier and enabled her to be able to make the best of them.

Can you please extend my thanks to all your carers who supported our customer to return home from hospital, albeit for a few weeks only.
 
As you know it was always her wish to remain at home and despite very difficult circumstances you all enabled her to do so until it became too unsafe.
 
There were times when you found it emotionally conflicting to walk out the door and leave her but you were supporting her enduring wish.
 
Hopefully she will settle into her new home and enjoy her new life.

Mum has had morning and evening carers from Bluebird Care for over four years. Mum and I have always been impressed and pleased with the quality of the care given and it has been crucial in enabling mum (who is 94) to continue to live an independent life in her own home.

We have been using Bluebird Care for overnights and evening meals for Mum. The domiciliary care team has been doing a great job over a period of several months. We have procured several care service firms over the past two years and by comparison Bluebird has good processes and the carers seem well supervised. Carers themselves appear to be very good, friendly and turn up on time. They are always on the end of the phone if needed. We are just about to increase the level of Bluebird Care for our Mother.

I have only had the use of a Bluebird Care Exeter carer for 3 weeks on coming out of hospital after 2 and a half months. However, I feel I have known my carer for a long time. She is aware of my needs and my preferences, and remembers them. This is very helpful to me - I am 87 years old. She is always prompt, ready to please and a happy person to have around. I never feel I have a stranger in the house. Her standard of work is excellent.
