A memory cafe for people with dementia. A safe place to make new friends, socialise and reminisce.

The Dementia Cafe provides information about living with dementia and other services available locally in an informal and comfortable environment. A Dementia Cafe is also a place to relax, socialise and meet other people with dementia and their carers.
 
Who is this service for:
Carers and people with dementia their families and friends.
People with Dementia and their carers, family and friends
Person living with dementia has to have a confirmed diagnosis of dementia and reside in Northamptonshire.
Carer/Friend can be a resident outside this area.
