The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Bluebird Care Watford & Three Rivers received an overall rating of Good, with the inspection taking place on 22nd September and 4th October 2016.  The services were rated  'Outstanding' for the service being caring and the services were rated ‘Good’ in being safe, effective, responsive and well led.

Customers and staff were interviewed by the inspector for their comments on what it is like to receive a service from us, and what it is like to work for us. Here is just some of the lovely feedback we received from our customers;

They are delightful and helpful, I would give them top marks.
I feel particularly safe and secure.
They are very caring and gentle.
I don't see many people so it's nice to have a chat, [staff] and I talk about anything, we have a great rapport.
