I have great job satisfaction as what we do really makes a difference to people’s lives
When I started working at Bluebird care and had the pleasure of becoming the coordinator. I previously worked in a local primary school for over 10 years and now that both my children are grown up, I decided I wanted to go into care work as this has been something I have been interested in for many years. I enjoy meeting new people and like to help and support others.
I am so excited that I have been able to use my background in Recruitment to ensure that, through our rigorous selection and induction processes, we only employ Care Workers who are emotionally suited and professionally committed to this challenging role.
At Bluebird Care I know every day I am helping vulnerable people live happy and fulfilled lives in the safe and comforting surroundings of their own homes.
