Farewell Katie!

Here at Bluebird, we’ve had a very bittersweet month. Our longest standing carer, Katie will be leaving us for pastures new.

Katie started a brand-new career in care at Bluebird Care Warrington in February 2020 and since then has become a fantastic and valued member of our team. Katie has built up excellent rapports with our customers and staff and I am sure she will be greatly missed by all. 

In 2020, Katie received our Carer of the Month award for all her hard work and dedication, especially for starting a new career just before the start of a global pandemic. We couldn’t be any prouder of how far Katie has come in the past year. 

When we spoke to Katie she said 'I have really enjoyed my time working at Bluebird Care Warrington and I have learned so much that has enabled me to go on to do new things. I will miss all of the staff and customers so much!'

Finally, we want to take this opportunity to thank Katie and wish her all the best in her new role. We hope that one day, she may return and become a Bluebird once again.
