With most starting as care assistants within the company, they hold the values that are required to support the care team to be caring and compassionate while delivering the highest standard of home care.

Laura Harper

Recruitment and HR

Laura became our Recruitment officer in 2022 and works hard to ensure we only have the best possible care assistants on out team. Laura carries out robust recruitment processes and works with our training manager to ensure staff are fully competent and equipped to carry out their roles at Bluebird Care. Laura came from working in hospitality and says she did not realise how rewarding it actually was to work in care, even if it is the recruitment department!
