I have worked at Bluebird Care since January. I absolutely love my job, the staff are approachable and supportive, and I enjoy my time spent with our lovely clients. It is a very rewarding job. Bluebird Care have been fantastic with their flexibility, which I am greatly appreciative of. Bluebird Care offered lots of shadowing shifts until I felt comfortable to work alone, another plus! The training Bluebird Care provides is thorough, and I have expanded my knowledge on completing my training. I’m proud to work for such a great care company.

It was so lovely to receive a thoughtful gift from you all at Bluebird Care. Somehow you managed to choose my favourite biscuits! Thank you, they really made me smile.
Mum has just started to have some companionship support with Bluebird Care and has already built a great relationship with her carer. They have lots in common which has meant Mum feels at ease and looks forward to her coming.
I just want to say what an asset Carer N is to your team. She came last Friday to support my son and what a different she made to me that morning. I have to say I really felt the benefit of having a carer.
She did all the tasks I asked of her that morning all on her own which included making a cooked breakfast, assisting my son to the bathroom, supporting him to get dressed for school, brush his teeth, tidy up after breakfast and dropped him off at school.
That morning made me feel so good and realise how lovely it to get good help.
It was lovely to meet you yesterday. Thank you for being so kind, helpful and warm towards my Mum who was very nervous about meeting you. We are looking forward to receiving care from you and your team.
I would just like to say a big thank you to all the team at Bluebird Care for all the support and kindness shown to my father.
We have all been consistently thrilled with the services from Bluebird. Without exception, the carers are friendly, cheerful, and beyond helpful. They assist my father with whatever he needs and he looks forward to their visits. For us, the thorough reports that the carers enter into the app at the end of each visit are invaluable for monitoring my father’s well-being.
The supervisor regularly goes above and beyond to make sure my father is well taken care of and that we are informed of any concerns. She has even coordinated 111, 999 and district nurse visits for him. One of the unexpected additional benefits of the Bluebird service is that they take my father to medical visits, and support him through the appointment.
We are all so happy with the service we receive. It is my pleasure to write this review for such a wonderful and much appreciated organization.
I just wanted to let you know that Carer N is amaxing, my son loves her. She took him to the park which he really liked. Please pass on my feedback, she is a credit to the agency.
We have extra care for my son in the school holidays and I have to say the coverage has been excellent this summer. Well done to the team for arranging this for us.
