We believe it is important to recognise the achievements our staff make and we are delighted to announce that Care Coordinator Zoe and Care Assistants Loretta and Faith have successfully passed their probation period in the past month!
We believe it is important to recognise the achievements our staff make and we are delighted to announce that Zoe, Loretta and Faith have successfully passed their probation period in the past month!We recognise the value of all of our whole care team who do a fantastic job and are pleased to have recently launched the initiative alongside our career pathway to present each member of staff with a certificate and flowers to mark the completion of their probation.
As we continue to support our staff, we know that the care our customers receive will continue to remain of a very high standard. We are delighted to join in congratulating Zoe, Loretta and Faith in their recent achievement.
