Very Positive Staff Survey Results

We are pleased to announce that our latest Care Assistant survey indicates positive results, with 100% of respondents indicating that they enjoy their role with Bluebird Care and would recommend Bluebird Care to a friend.

We value the excellent work of our community team who do a fantastic job in supporting our customers and carry out bi-annual surveys to give them an opportunity to share their views of how we are doing.

We are pleased to announce that our latest Care Assistant survey indicates positive results, with 100% of respondents indicating that they enjoy their role with Bluebird Care and would recommend Bluebird Care to a friend.

In addition, just under 95% of respondents indicated that they feel supported in their role and work with a team who are polite and respectful.
