Live-in Care Assistant Joana recently took her customer Margaret out for lunch where they enjoyed a delicious meal!
The care that we have provided Margaret has helped her to recover and regain her independence. She is now moving up north to be closer to her family.
Margaret enjoyed a pie whilst Joana tucked into a rather nice burger and as well as enjoying a filling meal, they enjoyed some great conversation.
I would like to thank Bluebird Care for helping me recover through the live-in care service I have received. I can certainly say that I will miss My Care Assistant when moving up north, however it will be nice to be closer to my family.

Our Care Assistants often ask if they can take their customers out for a little treat and our customer outing initiative means that we can make the arrangements for this to happen at no cost to our customer. Joana and Margaret very much enjoyed this trip out!
