We have had another celebration with our team this week as we strive to recognise the dedication, passion and diligence of the support that they provide our customers each day!
We are excited to have recently celebrated with Care Assistant Sue, who has marked her fourth work anniversary with the team here in Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells!
Sue supports our customers who live in the community and joined the team with a passion for making a difference to people's lives.
The support Sue provides is excellent and she recently popped into the office to collect a card and small gift as a way of saying thank you!
Sue is an excellent Care Assistant and fantastic member of the team. I am proud to work with her and know that the care she provides our customers is of a very high standard. She always wears a smile and customers regularly compliment her approach which is patient and polite.
