Celebrating Four Years With Debbie!

Our office team work incredibly hard to deliver a high standard of care support to our customers and we recently celebrated with Care Supervisor Debbie, who has reached her fourth work anniversary. Debbie chose to work in healthcare after working as a hairdresser and caring for her son who had muscular dystrophy. She first joined the Bluebird Care team as a Care Assistant before progressing onto the role of Care Supervisor.

Debbie regularly spends time with our new customers as they start their care service and works closely with our team of Care Assistants as they deliver the service to our customers.
Operations Manager Clare explained:
