Sandra Treats Her Customer To A Trip Out

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a high standard of ongoing support to our customers, we have a budget for our team of Care Assistants to take their customers out and treat them. Care Assistant Sandra asked if she could take one of her regular customers; Audrey, out for a treat at Finch House Café & Fine Foods in Tonbridge and we were delighted to help her arrange it!

This is a lovely thing not only for our customers, but also for our team of Care Assistants as it is something extremely rewarding to do.


Care Assistant Sandra asked if she could take one of her regular customers; Audrey, out for a treat at Finch House Café & Fine Foods in Tonbridge and we were delighted to help her arrange it!

Finch House Café & Fine Foods is an independently owned café offering a menu of fresh food using the finest locally sourced and award winning produce. Innovative cooking and, above all, tasty food day-in-day-out.

The pair headed to the café and enjoyed some treats before heading back home again!

Care Manager Zoe explained:
Since launching this budget in the new year we have had a lot of requests from Care Assistants to do various things with their customers and it is really lovely to see.

Flo and Sandra had a lovely time and they both really enjoyed the trip out. The food was great and is was very positive for Flo in particular as it helped her enjoy some time away from the home.
