Carole Announced As Care Assistant Of The Year

We have an incredible team of staff and each year we present a special award to recognise one person who has continually stood out in their role throughout the year. We spoke to all of our customers to ask who they would like to nominate for the award and Carole came out with the largest portion of votes; as well as a lot of compliments!

Carole is one of my favourite carers. She is reassuring and I feel like I can be myself around her.
Carole has been part of the team here at Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells for over half a decade and has in excess of 30 years' care experience under her belt, Carole is a true asset to the team.The award was presented by Cllr Pam Bates, Mayor of Tonbridge at our offices, where she was completely surprised by being invited to an afternoon tea award ceremony!
Carole is efficient, thorough, reliable I do not have to worry when I know she is coming to look after mum.
The award was a complete surprise to Carole, who was brought to the office after a lovely lunch out by her family.Care Manager Zoe said:

Whilst all of our Care Assistants do an excellent job, the volume of positive feedback we receive from customers about Carole's approach is brilliant.
