All of our staff complete a comprehensive training programme with us no matter whether they have worked in care before or not. This is incredibly important as we strive to provide a premium quality service to our customers. We are pleased to have recently celebrated with Lauisiana, who has now completed her Care Certificate and passed her probation!
All of our staff complete a comprehensive training programme with us no matter whether they have worked in care before or not. This is incredibly important as we strive to provide a premium quality service to our customers.We are pleased to have recently celebrated with Lauisiana, who has now completed her Care Certificate and passed her probation!
The Care Certificate is a made up of fifteen minimum standards that set out the knowledge, skills and behaviours that are expected of those working in a care environment.
Operations Manager Clare commented:
We have a very thorough training programme for our team and it is always very positive when we celebrate with a member of staff who has completed their probation.
