We are delighted to celebrate with our Recruitment Manager, Rachel, who has recently passed her apprenticeship with a staggering 100% result!
We are delighted to celebrate with our Recruitment Manager, Rachel, who has recently passed her apprenticeship with a staggering 100% result!As a company, we put a significant emphasis on career development and Rachel has worked very hard throughout her apprenticeship to do as well as she has.
Most of our staff have spoken with Rachel at some point in their career with us, generally as they join, and she has become a very popular member of our team over the past year and a bit.
In addition to our career pathway, we are proud to create opportunities for our staff to progress in their job and prioritize promoting from within, with many of our office team having worked as a Care Assistant before being promoted.
Operations Manager, Clare Mortlock, said:
