As we have started the countdown to Carers Week, which is from 12 - 18 June, we have received delivery of some gifts for our incredible care team.
As we have started the countdown to Carers Week, which is from 12 - 18 June, we have received delivery of some gifts for our incredible care team.Throughout the week, we will be giving each member of staff a card to say thank you and a small gift which includes a torch keyring to make things such as using keysafes in the dark much easier.
In addition to this, we will be making a few short video clips of our staff explaining why they chose to work in care. These will be shared throughout the week.
We will also be launching a short video with some facts, information and links to inspire our community to get involved and support where they can.
Nathan, Community Liaison Manager, said:
We have a lot planned for carers week and it will be very busy for us, however also very much worthwhile. Our staff work alongside family carers every day and to be able to say thankyou to both is an incredibly important thing for us to do!
