The judging has been completed and we are delighted to announce that Helen has received our Care Assistant of the month award for March!
The judging has been completed and we are delighted to announce that Helen has received our Care Assistant of the month award for March!Helena received the award due to a high number of compliments received about her from customers and how she always goes above and beyond in her role.
In particular, customers have complimented Helena on the little extra things such as wiping round the kitchen and other small tasks she does to support our customers
Care Manager, Claire, commented:
It is always difficult to nominate one of our Care Assistants for any award as they all do such a good job, however Helena has stood out in terms of the number of compliments she receives from customers due to her going above and beyond, doing additional little things such as wiping round the kitchen for customers.
She is always smiling and regularly helps out with a great attitude. In particular, she provides great support to new Care Assistants when they start.
Our Care Assistant of the month award is reviewed the last week of each month and announced in the fist week of the following month. Each Care Assistant of the month receives a certificate and vouchers to recognize and thank them for their hard work.She is always smiling and regularly helps out with a great attitude. It is important for us to recognize the excellent work our staff do in their role and this award is just one of the many ways we recognize and thank our staff throughout their career.
