Care Manager, Claire, commented:
With increased demand for the services we provide, we will continue to employ committed and passionate care assistants which has been a huge part of our success in recent years.

We will only ever be as good as the staff we employ and our staff are excellent! They are always professional and have real empathy for the people that they look after.
The creation of 100 new jobs also follows the launch of our unique career pathway that provides structured career progression for care assistants as we continue to promote working in care an immensely rewarding career.

Of her role with Bluebird Care, care assistant, Helena Miranda, commented:
The role I have in supporting customers is very important as it helps them maintain independence at home.
Very often the customers I visit are looking forward to me coming and I know that the time I spend with them helps improve their quality of life.

It is also great to see the difference I make when I am greeted with a huge smile!
