Bluebird Care Stratford & Warwick launch their next Staff Wellbeing Initiative

We are really proud to support our team. Making sure Carers are well supported and feel valued is key to delivering High Quality care. Happy Carers make Happy Customers!

With the rising cost of living we have recently brought forward pay rises across our staff team with a significant pay increase and increase to mileage payments to cover fuel costs. We always look to any other ways we can help, so we have developed a facility for all staff to be able to come in for a hot/cold drink and some food. 

This is completely free for the team to use. It has become affectionately known in house as "Bluebucks"

We have made a special area which includes Cereals, toast, bagels, crumpets, fresh fruit and soups. We have various teas and coffees, hot chocolate, cold drinks and a variety of milks to suit all requirements. 

We will change the menu on an ongoing basis and make sure we provide a warm place to relax and chat and have a bite when needed. 

We have also set up a staff room area so that the team can interact with each other and catch up, use free WiFi and have access to a computer if they need one. 

It is proving to be a great hit so far. We hope to continue to introduce new staff members to our team over the coming year.
