Your Payment Methods
We send out your invoice once every two weeks on a Monday. You are then able to settle your bill in the following ways:

Please use your surname as the reference. You do not need to let us know when you have paid.
Monthly Standing Order
We are happy to send you a mandate to complete and return to us. Payments are made on the 28th of each month and the amount is calculated by multiplying your standard weekly cost by 52 weeks and dividing by twelve months. We keep a reconciliation and will contact you occasionally if your account needs 'topping up' due to fluctuations in care provision and Bank Holidays. Any refunds due are credited directly back to your bank account. You will still receive a fortnightly bill but this will be marked 'For Your Information Only'.
If you prefer to pay by cheque you should make it payable to: Bluebird Care (Stratford & Warwick). We provide a SAE for you to post it to our office. With the slow march towards phasing out cheques, it may be beneficial to us both if you would consider the alternative methods of payment.
