All staff visiting me after my return from hospital were very friendly and helpful. The agency is well organised and the staff well trained, being directly employed by the company. After a very unfortunate experience with another company 2 years ago, I can only say that the Bluebird ladies were delightful and I can heartily recommend them.
After the death of my mother, my father's Alzheimer's became increasingly evident and we needed some support in order to allow ourselves trips away without the anxiety of leaving my Dad on his own. We approached Bluebird Care in Warwick and with their help established a twice weekly package of visits. After a fall and hospital stay this was increased to a daily visit and then eventually a full package of 4 calls a day. The management of the Warwick office handled all our initial enquiries and subsequent requests in a very calm and business like manner that inspired our confidence in the organisation.
The carers who visited my Dad were reliable and professional in all they did leaving a detailed record of each visit for us to see and contacting us immediately any concerns arose. They were sensitive to Dad's needs and considerate in their dealings with him. When issues arose the office were always very helpful in finding solutions and tried very hard to provide the full service that was eventually needed. We have every reason to thank Bluebird Care (Stratford and Warwick) for their hard work and professionalism in helping to maintain and support Dad in his own home and are very pleased to recommend them.
We could not recommend Bluebird Care highly enough. We were lucky to be given a recommendation ourselves, when our parents first became ill. Bluebird are amazing; caring, kind, thorough everything we needed for peace of mind. But in addition, they were so flexible and helpful. As Mum and Dad's needs changed Bluebird went with that flow. This made life so much easier for us. We can't thank them enough!
