Bluebird Care Solihull Publish Staff Survey Results

The results from our recent internal staff survey have now been published and we are pleased to say that we achieved nearly a perfect 100% across all areas.
We recently asked our team to complete and internal staff survey, which we have now managed to analyse the results of. There was a 50% response rate with the results not only being a further improvement on previous years, but they are also nearly a perfect 100% score in all areas.Director of Bluebird Care Solihull, Steve Tarpey commented;
We have been working on staff retention and engagement for about 2 years now and the strategy has borne fruit. Our people are our product as well, as they are the ones who produce the excellent care when with our customers. It is only right therefore, that we put a much effort as possible into ensuring that our staff are nurtured, developed and listened to. The results seem to show that we are getting it right."
